How do I turn off my Trend Micro program? I am using Windows 10.

I want to remove this program without going back to factory settings.. How?

If you are on a PC just Uninstall it from the Apps Menu in the Settings.

Follow these steps to uninstall using the Diagnostic Toolkit:

  1. Press WINDOWS + R on your keyboard to open the 'Run' window.
  2. Type supporttool.exe and click OK.
  3. If prompted by User Account Control, click Yes to open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
  4. Select the (C) Uninstall tab, then click 1. Uninstall Software.
  5. Click Yes, and remember to copy your serial number/activation code for future reference.
  6. Check the box that says I copied my serial number, then click Uninstall.
  7. Click Yes to restart your computer and complete the uninstallation.
