Hi,
I have previously installed Trend micro on my desk PC . I have renewed my subscription and updated 3 other devices successfully but am having problems doing the same with the desk PC.
The PC is connected to the internet but after entering the serial number a message pops up informing me that I am not connected to the internet.
I have restarted the PC, the router closed and opened Trend to no avail. What do I do to fix this problem
