Password Manager doesn't stop annoying me to resubscribe

The Password Manager keeps asking me to renew but I don't want to. Plus is shows that I have zero passwords in its control. How do I stop this annoyance every time I restart my machine and, I think, often during the day.

STOP ANNOYING ME!!!!!!!!!!!
