If it still doesn’t work, I’d recommend reaching out to the product’s customer support with your purchase details — they can usually fix activation problems pretty quickly.

I called and was told my US-purchased Maximum Security 5-user subscription license with 485 days left was not eligible for including Trend Micro ID Protection after a few times having to leave the line to "research.". Yet the page for Password Manager end of service notice page in Help Center says it is included for " Maximum Security (available for US and Canada customers)." That is what I am and have. She then told me to renew the license for another year and that would then include Trend Micro ID Protection!
