I understand the concern — after renewing, the product may simply show "Activated" without displaying a specific expiration date. The best way to view your license details is through your Trend Micro Account:
1. Go to account.trendmicro.com
2. Sign in with your Trend Micro account credentials
3. Navigate to the Licenses section
From there, you'll be able to see your license expiration date, serial number, and the devices currently connected to it.

We appreciate your interest in using Trend Micro ID Protection on Mozilla Firefox. However, we would like to inform you that the ID Protection browser extension is currently not yet available for Firefox.
At this time, the extension is supported on the following browsers:
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
As an alternative, you may still access and manage your ID Protection features by logging in directly through the web dashboard at https://idprotect.trendmicro.com/ — this is accessible from any browser, including Firefox.
We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Rest assured, our team is continuously working to expand browser support, and Firefox compatibility may be available in a future update.
