Please check your current version of Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac; if it's version 11.5 and below, upgrade to the latest version using this installer: Antivirus for Mac 11.8.1283
If the version is already under the version 11.8, please refrain in manually updating for now. Rest assured that features will work normally on macOS 15.

Hi,
Possible this happens because the app is using an old serial number, or the subscription is not signed-in on your Mobile Security. To resolve this, manually change the activation key to update the subscription or sign in your Trend Micro account. You may follow the link below:

Please check if your system meets these requirements:- At least a 1 GHz processor (supports ARM-based processors)
- At least 2 GB of RAM
- Windows 10, 11, or a later version
- Hover your mouse on the Trend Micro file installer
- Right click on the mouse > "Run as Administrator"
