We're currently seeing reports from users that their Trend Micro Password Manager license appears expired, even though their subscription is still active.
Why This Happens
This may be due to a syncing issue, expired subscription, or an outdated app version.
What You Can Do
Here’s a quick overview of what to check:
- Confirm your subscription status in your Trend Micro Account.
- If Password Manager is bundled with your Maximum Security, make sure the main license is active.
- If it's a standalone subscription, verify your purchase and renewal through your app store or retailer.
- Sign out and back in to refresh the license.
- Make sure you're using the latest version.
- Reinstall the app if needed.
