    Heads up! There are some tricky renewal emails going around, pretending to be our product confirmation invoices. They might ask you to call a number to cancel. Just a friendly reminder to double-check and make sure it's legit before you do anything.

    Upon clicking the attached file, you will be redirected to a counterfeit order slip containing fictitious information.

     

    What to do!

     

    If you're feeling suspicious about an email and you're not sure it's from us, just hit IGNORE and don't bother replying. And hey, resist the urge to give them a ring—no calls, please!

    1. Verify Contacts and Sender: Trend Micro does not make unscheduled calls. Click here for our official hotline numbers. Trend Micro only uses our own domain (@trendmicro.com) for email addresses.

    2. No Personal Info: Trend Micro Support will never ask for passwords or payment details.

    3. Don't Engage: Ignore and don't reply to the emails sent by scammers. Do not contact the contact number on the email content.

    4. Security Software: Ensure you have and regularly update Trend Micro Security.
