Scanner applications are encountering performance issues, including scanning failures and delays, following the update to the latest version, 17.8.1145. Upon investigation, the problem appears to stem from a conflict with the recent update of Trend Micro Security 17.8.1145, resulting in disruptions to the normal functioning of the Scanner Application.

 

 

 

Error Message

 

For Epson Document Capture Pro: "Load your originals in the ADF before scanning"

    @tm_Waj​ Yeah, after that comment - I'm DEFINITELY cancelling my membership the second it expires. The idiocy of this "feature" is baffling and beyond belief, and is poorly thought out.
