    As mentioned by my colleague, do you mind providing us with the following information:

    1. The exact error message or notification you received when attempting to use pip. A screenshot would be greatly appreciated.
    2. The name and version of the Trend Micro program you are using.
    3. Any recent updates or changes made to your system or software configuration that might be relevant to this issue.
