We are currently in the process of migrating our Community Circle to a new system. This migration is intended to enhance your experience and provide you with a more streamlined and user-friendly platform.

What Restrictions Will We Experience?

During the transition period to the new system, new posts, comments, and replies by users to this community will be restricted.

If you have any questions or concerns about our products, we ask that you use other contact points outside of the community.

Cases That Are Under Investigation

Due to the upcoming restrictions, we won't be able to address your concerns through the Community Circle.

Update Your Link!

As part of the system transition, we want to inform you that the URL for the community circle will change. After the migration is complete, any community links you access will be automatically redirected to the new platform.

To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend updating the community URL saved in your browser's ""Favorites"" or similar. This will help you avoid any potential inconvenience.

Please note that the specific date and time of the system migration, as well as the new URL, will be announced at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding during this transition period. We are excited to welcome you to our new community!

• New Community URL: We will be moving to a new URL. The specific details about the migration timing and the new URL will be shared in a forthcoming announcement.
• Profile Information Transfer: While your Account Name and Bio will be transferred to the new system, please note that some elements like profile pictures, badges, points/rank titles, and follow/follower information will not be carried over. We recommend saving any information you wish to keep before the migration.

Simplified Community Features

In our new Community, some features from the current system may not be available as we aim to streamline the experience, focusing more on user interactions and the sharing of solutions. This simplification will help us build a more user-friendly and engaging environment for all members.
