I know this post is meaningless, but I'll feel a little better after.  I been a Trend customer for nearly two decades and I'm done.

1)    I have to do 5 laborious steps EVERY TIME to activate the vault.  Might as well use a notebook and key in the info.

2)    I thought, OK, I'll keep Trend and get a different password manager but there is no discernable way to EXPORT the ID Protection data.

Goodbye is too good a word, so I'll just say, fare thee well

Typically, you only need your Trend Micro account password to access it. Also, ensure your software is up to date.
