They are making changes to their E-Commerce stuff, don't think you can make any changes until it is completed.

Wonder why I keep getting msgs telling me I have to update my subscription, if I cannot do this or change my credit card details, due to their update?
Guess I will just ignore any further msg thy send.

where the heck can I update credit card info? when they submit my renewal am I going to be charged a fine because card has changed? This is VERY AGGREVATING

I have followed the instructions in How to update your credit card information multiple times. There is no Manage Subscription button, only a cancel subscription button. I don't want to cancel my subscription, just update my credit card so that it's correct when it's time for my autorenewal.

I need to change my cc details and have followed the instructions but iunder manage subscription there are only 2 options. Cancel subscription and contact support. Contrary to their advice there is no 'change credit card details'. Please help
