Hello

I use OpenVpn on my laptop to access my home's network.

I noticed that Trend Micro tends to block access to my home automation that has this URL http://192.168.0.5:8080

I couldn't figure out how to put an exception.

The only solution I found to make it work is to disable Trend Micro ☹

Hi @marcjakubowicz

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!

Since you are disabling the Trend Micro when you are trying to use the OpenVPN app have you consider to include the OpenVPN to the exception list of Trend Micro?

You may click on this link on for the guide on how to add programs on the exception list:
How to add items in Trend Micro Exception List on Windows | Trend Micro Help Center

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.

Hello

Yes, I have enabled OpenVpn in the list of exceptions as well as the url address I use.

What's curious is that it has already worked correctly with TrendMicro and it's a bit of a random problem that may occur when the computer wakes up from sleep. I noticed that, when the computer wakes up from sleep, there are 2 or 3 shady things. Is it specific to my computer or Windows 11 I don't know.
