I have tried the online form to get a refund for an auto renewal that should have been stopped. It doesn't work. I get the error ReCaptchaCFR has exceeded 1000 characters. I can't get past that. I have tried multiple times with different browsers. I have tried the chat but it times out before anyone answers. I have tried keeping it alive by sending a message every three minutes. that didn't work either. I have tried to get something from the automated chat and it just goes in circles that ends up at the form that doesn't work.

Is there any way to get in contact with Trend Micro? I can't get an email address or a phone number.

I have had a similar problem. I cancelled my subscription prior to the due date yet have still been charged through my credit card as an auto renewal.
Is this just a mistake or something more sinister?

I was charged for a renewal in Oct. Shortly afterward I got messages that you no longer support my system, I have been a client for over 15 years. I am also a senior with poor vision and limited income. I want a refund of the full amount. I have been trying for months to contact someone - to speak to someone - but cannot connect. It seems you only speak with business clients and not home. I just want my refund. Please tell me how to do this.

I know I was charged on Oct. 7th. I have the invoice. I have tried chat and get disconnected. Surely there is someone who can talk t me and give me my refund. I do not want to have to turn it over to my bank.
