I have tried the online form to get a refund for an auto renewal that should have been stopped. It doesn't work. I get the error ReCaptchaCFR has exceeded 1000 characters. I can't get past that. I have tried multiple times with different browsers. I have tried the chat but it times out before anyone answers. I have tried keeping it alive by sending a message every three minutes. that didn't work either. I have tried to get something from the automated chat and it just goes in circles that ends up at the form that doesn't work.

Is there any way to get in contact with Trend Micro? I can't get an email address or a phone number.
