Install update is not working

If this continues to happen, you may need to install a hotfix. You can find the hotfix in this Help Center article: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-10193.
Once you've installed it, let me know what happens next.

I have been fighting the same issue for about 2 months now.
The hotfix is hot garbage.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now.
I think it may be time to part ways after 15 years.
