We do apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have brought about. To clarify, Trend Micro subscriptions are set to Auto Renew when you purchase them through our online store. By default if you are subscribed to auto renewal, you will be charged up to 15 days before the expiry date.
Since you mentioned that your expiry date has been adjusted to the 10th of June 2025 could you provide us your Serial Number so we can verify it on our end?
