Thank you for the information. The message syncing process usually occurs during the installation of the Trend Micro Toolbar, when Trend Micro restarts, or upon turning on the device.

Also, to add the App Stop shortcut to your Home screen, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Mobile Security App.2. Tap App Stop or App Freeze.
3. Tap the App Stop Logo on the upper right and then Tap Add Shortcut.
