I can't tell if trend micro is connected to this computer.  I paid for a subscription some time ago and I can find no indication of it.  I can't tell if it has expired or still in use.

Did you run the installation program?  There will be an icon down by the clock if it's installed. There will also be shortcuts for it in the Start Menu if it is installed.  If you don't see any of those things, then it was not installed on that computer.
