Did you run the installation program? There will be an icon down by the clock if it's installed. There will also be shortcuts for it in the Start Menu if it is installed. If you don't see any of those things, then it was not installed on that computer.

manage your account page on trend micro page goes to a 404 page.
Just went to mine by right clicking the Trend icon on the taskbar and selecting Trend Micro Account. Try clearing out the browser's cache and see if that helps.

You should keep the same key, the expiration date will just be changed. Thats what it did with mine.

Right click the Trend Micro icon in the system tray and select Trend Micro Account. Log in here and do your renewal.
