No this does not help. Its telling me I haven’t filled in all the fields but I have. This is an absolute conjob by you people. After 2 years this protection will be expired and I will not be renewing. You can’t speak with anyone cause you just direct us to this ridiculous method of assistance. On top of this you have ripped me for another $50.

I also want to claim the $50 cash back, my question is why do I have to set up Auto-Renew? how do I know how much you are going to charge me in 2 years time!

Hi @herzig18,

Auto-renewal is one of the requirements for the cashback promotion and for the price of the subscription it is system generated and you the price will be sent to your email before the system renewed the subscription automatically.
