I cannot figure out how to click on the 'manage account'. We haven't been sent an email to remind us of our subscription expiring. I'm not sure whether I called outside of office hours (6:15 pm), but there was no help offered in the phone call. It was just on a loop. The chat bot is no help either. It just gives an article to read--no human help.
This is not the service I hoped for when we joined up with Trend Micro Security. We pay a lot for this service, and I expect to be able to have human support when needed, please.
Not impressed.
