pwm
Hi, @yewhyin
Yes I have used TM's PM in the past and its not as good in terms of usability and you won't get logged in automatically to most of the sites. You need to copy and paste your credentials.
That's the reason I started using TM's ID Protection app as its has more features plus a digital vault and it works like magic. But make sure to contact TM's support to get the best pricing as per your region. As over certain places it is much higher priced. So its better to get the best pricing option on the basis of region you are based upon.
Upon reading the above comment from a TM personnel. I get to know that you already have TM ID Protection. So start using it instead as it also have import option which imports the data of your TM's PM to your TM's ID Protection. Make sure to write down and save your client key when you set up ID Protection. Its something without which you may lose all your data. So write it down or store it to somewhere safe place such as any encrypted drives.

id protection issues
Everything is good except two things from my perspective.
1. When I am accessing the Vault it shows that I have no passwords or secure notes saved or basically no credentials saved. After some time the server gets updated and starts showing my data over there. It happens over ID Protection for android or Windows toolbar of ID Protection. It would be appreciated if Trend Micro makes ID Protection's vault as smooth and without any delay in displaying the data over there.
2. Its a basic issue but worth improving. Please provide an Export option as well so that one can save the data over external devices. As I have encrypted devices so it would be good if export option as a backup is provided via an update.
At last this app is worth every penny and it is much better in terms of usability as compared to the traditional Password Manager of Trend Micro. Plus all the features like ad and tracker blockers and dark web monitoring makes it unique.

how do i report a dangerous link that trend micro did not detect
Hi, @dmawalker
Go to
https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com
Fill up the details such as Your name, email address, your serial number of your product etc. Also provide detailed description. Choose any suggested category type therein such as Malware, Phishing, Scam etc. Then provide the site or url for reclassification to Trend Micro.
After that you will receive an email from Trend Micro that you have requested to review this website or url. You have to click on the link provided by Trend Micro in that email. Then you will be redirected to a page which shows that reclassification request accepted and submitted.

password manager
@helen hi,
I suggest you to reach TM's chat support option.
https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/prechat/
Provide your chat representative your Country details as where are you from. They will help you in providing the link for the TM's PM for your region. As prices varies from region to region. Also license of other reasons may not work for other reasons.

password manager
Hi, @helen
Are you aware of the fact that Trend Micro's PM cam be used for multiple devices using the same license or subscription. For instance I have a Trend Micro PM due to the reason I have a subscription of Maximum Security. I can use the same account and with the master password of it over multiple devices.
My point is if you are looking for sharing of PM you may do so. As PM does not have any device limits to it.
