Can you tell me more about the notifications you're getting from Trend Micro ID Protection? Do they show up as pop-ups on your computer screen, or do you get them through email?

Also, if you could take a screenshot of the pop-up notification, that would be really helpful. It'll make it easier to figure out how to fix the problem you're having.
