    In addition, your license is set to automatic renewal so that previous billing information will be used at renewal. However, your credit card information has expired and must be updated to protect your devices.

    Whenever I'm trying to renew the license i keep getting this error "500 - Internal server error" "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed." 

    I've tried other methods to access renewal but doesn't work. Plus you guys dont listen to community. You guys need fix UAC problem, constant pop-ups when using Google chrome..these are super annoying. I regret getting this AV. I even bought 2 more years S/N no. I should of waited before making this decision. Trend micro sucks
