Hi there, In Chrome, when I access the Vault via the web page it asks for my password which is fine. However, sometimes it works, and other times it thinks about it and then returns to the same screen and asks for the password again. On the second time, it works. I'm just letting you know. It's not severely limiting but just annoying.

Please can you move this item to the new 'ID Protection' forum.

Password Manager worked on Firefox. You released this product and withdrew Password Manager so that we no longer have a product that works with Firefox. This is crazy customer relations management! Your reply above tells me nothing I didn't already know. What I want to know is: When will the Firefox add-on be released?

It would take seconds to add a new forum for ID Protection. Can you raise it again and get that happening?

Is there any news yet? I really can't believe you have just left users of one of the top 5 browsers without protection like this.

I see 'Password Manager' still has a forum, and that's been discontinued.
