1. Does this issue occur exclusively on Google Chrome, or have you also encountered it when accessing the Vault via Microsoft Edge?
2. What is the current version of Google Chrome you are using? (Navigate to Chrome Menu > Help > About Google Chrome to check)
3. What version of Trend Micro ID Protection is currently installed on your device? (This information can be found within the application's Settings or About section)
Your responses will allow us to better identify the root cause and work toward a resolution.

I understand your concern, and I want to give you a straight answer: the Firefox add-on is currently under development, but we do not have a confirmed release date at this time. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
