  • trend sucks

    Hi @cindymorris,

    Welcome to Trend Micro Community!

We've reviewed your account, and the only active license is your Trend Micro Password Manager, which doesn't block emails from Outlook.

Sometimes, legitimate emails like password reset notifications can end up in your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive them, add Asics.com to your Outlook account's safe senders list or whitelist. This will help ensure that emails from Asics.com are delivered directly to your inbox.

To add Asics.com to your sender's whitelist in Outlook, follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook: Sign in to your Outlook in a browser.

    2. Go to Settings: Click on the "Settings" gear icon located in the top-right corner of the Outlook window.

    3. Open Options: In the dropdown menu, select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.

    4. Navigate to Junk Email: In the settings window, go to the "Mail" category, then select "Junk email" from the options on the left-hand side.

    5. Safe Senders and Domains: Scroll down to the "Safe senders and domains" section.

    6. Add Asics.com: Enter "@asics.com" into the text box under "Safe senders and domains". This ensures that all emails from Asics.com will be considered safe and delivered to your inbox.

    7. Save Changes

  • cant activate

    Hi @Varius67

    Welcome to Trend Micro Community!

Sorry for the hassle this has caused! We're aware of the issue where you're being redirected to a "Consumer" page, and we're on it. It's great to see you managed to sign in successfully.

After checking your account, it looks like your license is limited to just one device. So, you won't be able to add or remove any devices at the moment.

If you'd like to learn more about deleting or adding a device, check out these guides: How to Remove Trend Micro Protection on an Old Device and How to Add a Device to Trend Micro Subscription.

    Hope this helps.

  • my activation code was in use already

    Hi @erictsmi,

Welcome to the Trend Micro Community!

Sorry for any confusion. The Android device listed as MS20 on your subscription is just a placeholder, especially when your license is only for one device. You can easily transfer the subscription to your preferred device.

If you need any help, feel free to ask!

  • under investigation internet access issue using mobile data when mobile security for ios web guard is enabled

    Hi @Roseybuddy,

We're so sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Here are a few steps that might help fix it:

    1. Check the SIM Card

Make sure your SIM card is properly inserted. Try removing it and reinserting it to ensure it's seated correctly.

    2. Ensure Mobile Data is Enabled for Safari and Mail

    1. Open Settings and select "Cellular Data."
    2. Scroll down to find the apps and make sure mobile data is enabled for Safari and Mail. Toggle the switches next to these apps to allow them to use mobile data.

    3. Update iOS

    1. Open Settings and select "General"
    2. Tap on "Software Update" to see if there's an update available. If there is, follow the on-screen instructions to update your iOS.

    4. Disable Wi-Fi Assist

Wi-Fi Assist automatically switches to cellular data when your Wi-Fi connection is weak.

    1. Make sure Mobile Data is turned on.
    2. Open Settings, then tap "Cellular Data"
    3. Scroll down and turn off Wi-Fi Assist.
    4. After turning off Wi-Fi Assist, you can turn off Cellular Data if you don't want to use it.

These steps should help resolve the "Mobile Data is turned off" pop-up that appears when you're using Wi-Fi.

    Hope this helps!
