I cannot renew my password manager subscription. I was able to renew my Maximum Security subscription with out issue but not my password manager subscription. Every time I click renew now it takes me to an article. It does not matter if I access it through my account page or clicking on the icon in my browser tool bar. What it the issue preventing me from renewing?

It's because they changed the way they do ecommerce and it is still not working right.

I'm the same, my Trend Micro Ultimate Subscription finally updated but the Password Manager will not accept the renewal. Keeps sending you to a page saying they are updating eCommerce same as they've been doing for months. Very frustrating. Might have to look at going back to Nortons. !!

Why don't they just come clean and say that only the free version of Password Manager is available, and it wont log you in. That their new program ID Protection that replaced must not have been tested because I can't get into any of my passwords. I followed all instructions and I can't find ID protection anywhere on my dash board. Probably 25 years ago I switched from Norton because I could not talk to anyone and their emails etc faqs were not helpful. TrendMicro was great! Now not so much--unhelpful help pages can't get anyone on the phone. Poorly executed up/downgrades all with the privilege of paying twice as much as new subscribers. Way to reward long time users. I am so unhappy and frankly pissed off at the amount of wasted time the last 2 days trying to fix this situation. Need to find a new upstart that cares about it's clients.

You can find your Trend Micro ID Protection in your Trend Micro account. Just visit account.trendmicro.com, then sign in account. Look for "Download" tab and under "Download" tab, look for Trend Micro ID Protection and click "Get Started" to use Trend Micro ID Protection. Trend Micro ID Protection available for: Chrome | Edge | Android | iOS.
