To cancel your auto renewal, visit account.trendmicro.com, then sign-in your Trend Micro Account. Under "Licenses", look of "Manage Subscription" and click stop auto renewal.

Please cancel my auto renewal, I would like an email confirmation. Every time I try cancel it you have a bug in the system saying oops and to try again later. Seems very suspicious.

To cancel your auto renewal, visit account.trendmicro.com, then sign-in your Trend Micro Account. Under "Licenses", look of "Manage Subscription" and click stop auto renewal.

If you want to remove all your information with Trend Micro, you need to email privacy@trendmicro.com and compose an email that you want to delete your information with Trend Micro.
