Hi,
If you would like to turn off notifications from Trend Micro temporarily without disabling your Trend Micro program, you can enable Mute Mode. Here are the steps to enable Mute Mode:
- Open Trend Micro.
- Click the Device tab.
- Click Configure beside Mute Mode (If you see an Introduction page, click OK).
- Click the switch to turn On Mute Mode.
This will temporarily silence notifications while keeping your Trend Micro program active.

URL Defense, also known as URL rewriting, is an added layer of security within your email. If the URL Defense of your email is not working, it is best to contact your email provider regarding it. To bypass this feature, you can try copying and pasting the link itself into your browser to access the link directly.
