Trying to give some constructive feedback but the path to getting here is ridiculous. So, here are the issues I've been having that have nothing to do with my constructive feednack.  They are at the end of the document!!

When using the the apps, why do I need the VPN App when It's already part of he security app.  With that security app & the VPN I'm particular, why does it leave Supported Apps active & yet alternatively the VPN Supported Apps are ALWAYS turned off randomly?  I'm also annoyed that regardless of making exceptions for 17 links all associated with LGthinQ app the security app interferes with all devices attached to it ie. LG webOS tv & LG washing machine?

Constructive Criticism: when using the VPN APP solo app the menu offers a link to the Google playstore to look at Other Apps by Trend!

Here is the link or text it uses to show NO Apps at all - pub:Trend Micro Incorporated 趨勢科技

As a business, Trend must not like the income stream from us clients adding another app.  The link shows nothing available but someone at Trend never checked the link because the search box with those details has too much detail to find anything.  If you simplify it by removing the following: (pub:) & (Incorporated 趨勢科技)
Only using: Trend Micro Gives fat more than the original nothing.

Someone at Trend should take a look & while doing so wonder why someone like me doesn't have confidence in the overall use the Subscription I paid for!  It's far too intrusive & some of the things it does even after I turned off, leave a lot to be desired that it's no better than the very bugs it attempts to protect me from.  Which include ALL these types of Security Apps etc & not limited to just Trend Micro & include AVG, Norton's & so on.  They're basically no better than the problems I try to avoid!

From simple feedback originally to a little more than I intended!

If someone wants to contact me over this my details are below!
