    I've checked the existing support case here on our end and I've watched the short clip of the issue and noticed that the login page of the site is blinking, however there is only a portion of the screen on the clip so I cannot confirm if the UI of the Password Manager is blinking as well.

    Have you tried other browsers to check if it has the same issue?

    Can you provide the exact steps on how the issue is occurring on your end so we can try to reproduce it on our end?

    For initial troubleshooting, you may try the steps below.

    Turn off Block third-party cookies.

      1. Open Google Chrome.
      2. Click ⋮ at the top right.
      3. Scroll down and click Settings.
      4. Click Privacy and security.
      5. Click Third-party cookies.
      6. If Block third-party cookies is selected, change it to either Allow third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode.

    Note: Some websites implement their own security measures that prevent apps like Password Managers to function properly. This is very common on banking websites.

    Can you also check if you have any Auto Refresh Extensions on your browser?

    1. I've replicated this on our end with several devices (Android and Windows) multiple times, and the data on the Vault (Passwords and Secure Notes) are displaying immediately or with minimal delay (1-3 seconds). There is no reported downtime on the server and internet connection can be a factor on the delay as well.

    2. Since ID Protection is a new product, we are continuously working to enhance its capabilities and introduce new features that will further improve your experience. While the Export Feature is not yet included, we want to assure you that we are actively working on updates and enhancements to meet our users' needs. As of now, ID Protection only has the Import Password feature.

    We greatly appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear that you find it better in terms of availability.

    For clarification, are you saying that Trend Micro Mobile Security is the one causing the shut down on your Android phone?

    If that is the case, you may check for other factors:

    • Check your Battery Health: Ensure your phone's battery isn't degraded. Over time, batteries lose capacity and may cause the phone to shut down prematurely.
    • Overheating: Excessive heat can cause phones to shut down.
    • System Updates: Check for any available system updates for your phone. Manufacturers often release updates that improve stability and fix bugs.
    • Background Apps: Close any apps running in the background that you're not actively using. Background apps can drain battery, potentially causing shutdowns.

    You may check for recently installed applications on your phone.

    1. Go to your phone's settings.
    2. Go to Applications.
    3. Review the list of installed apps.
    4. Pay attention to any apps that you don't recognize or that were installed around the time you lost your phone.
