You’ll still be able to access and use the Community just as you did before, including on Windows 10.
As stated on the Migration Overview, some of the changes are New Community URL and Profile Information Transfer, so you shouldn’t experience any issues with your current setup.

If you are trying to install a Trend Micro for Home Product such as Trend Micro Antivirus + Security, Internet Security and Maximum Security, Windows 7 is no longer supported.

I've checked the existing support case here on our end and I've watched the short clip of the issue and noticed that the login page of the site is blinking, however there is only a portion of the screen on the clip so I cannot confirm if the UI of the Password Manager is blinking as well.
Have you tried other browsers to check if it has the same issue?
Can you provide the exact steps on how the issue is occurring on your end so we can try to reproduce it on our end?
For initial troubleshooting, you may try the steps below.
Turn off Block third-party cookies.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click ⋮ at the top right.
- Scroll down and click Settings.
- Click Privacy and security.
- Click Third-party cookies.
- If Block third-party cookies is selected, change it to either Allow third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode.

Note: Some websites implement their own security measures that prevent apps like Password Managers to function properly. This is very common on banking websites.

1. I've replicated this on our end with several devices (Android and Windows) multiple times, and the data on the Vault (Passwords and Secure Notes) are displaying immediately or with minimal delay (1-3 seconds). There is no reported downtime on the server and internet connection can be a factor on the delay as well.
2. Since ID Protection is a new product, we are continuously working to enhance its capabilities and introduce new features that will further improve your experience. While the Export Feature is not yet included, we want to assure you that we are actively working on updates and enhancements to meet our users' needs. As of now, ID Protection only has the Import Password feature.
We greatly appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear that you find it better in terms of availability.

how do i turn off email defender

Since there is a detection from Email Defender, it is possible that the content of the email is malicious.
If you really want to turn off the feature, you may disable it temporarily, but it is recommended to enable it again for your protection. Kindly check our help center guide below on how to Turn OFF/ON the feature.

If that is the case, you may check for other factors:

- Overheating: Excessive heat can cause phones to shut down.
- System Updates: Check for any available system updates for your phone. Manufacturers often release updates that improve stability and fix bugs.
