I been using trend micro for a long time. Today I upgraded maximum security to device security pro v2. After hours to climbing the mountain, just have two devices work. The last one just can renew back to maximum security only. Not friendly to use now. Hope tomorrow calling the help center can fix it.

I agree about difficulty of installation.&#160; I purchased the Premium Security package, and din't know I had to download 4 different components.&#160; The helpline helped me figure that one out. Then I had to configure each of the 4 components separately.<br> Then, when I shared them to my other two devices I had to go thru the same thing again.&#160; VERY CUMBERSOME, and the setup windows differ from Windows to IOS to IPAD.<br> Can you not standardize the experience? Why can you not link all to a common link &quot;Premium Security Package&quot;?<br> <br> and please add info the the purchase page that you have to download each component separately.&#160; I downloaded the Maximum Security becuase there wasnt a link for the High Security Package.<br> And, I'm sure each of my other 3 family members will have the same unpleasant experience.<br> These difficulties make it unlikely that I will renew when my initial purchase period expires, or that I will recommend it to anyone else.<br> &#160;

Also the site does not allow for non-American info - e.g. my health info is Canadian

I renewed my subscription for Maximum Security a month ago. It took me five times (no exaggeration) of uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work. I'm still not confident that it is working. I logged on this morning and Trend Micro did not start up on its own. I followed the mobile install for my Android phone and it's still not showing the new license number and its set to expire in 2 days. What happened to Trend Micro? It used to be nearly plug & play and now its shite. I have no clue what to do?

Just to clarify, are you able to open the Trend Micro main console? If yes, does it show "Protected"?

About the Mobile Security, if it's still showing the old expiration date, try following the steps to sign out and sign back in on the Trend Micro account.
 
  1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Account & Subscription, tap Trend Micro Account
  4. Tap Account Control then tap Sign out
  5. Entre your Trend Micro Account password
  6. Once successfully signed out, sign back in using your Trend Micro credentials.
  7. Check if the expiration date is now updated.
