May we know if the security report is activated on your Mac devices.
To check, please follow these steps:
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus on your Mac.
- Click the lock icon to make changes.
- Go to Preferences.
- Under the Security Report section, check if the switch is turned on.

For the coreserviceshell.exe using more CPU usage, it should be fix now with our latest version. Kindly check if currently if you have a version of 17.8.1192 for your Trend Micro program.
