For the coreserviceshell.exe using more CPU usage, it should be fix now with our latest version. Kindly check if currently if you have a version of 17.8.1192 for your Trend Micro program.

Thank you for letting us know your sentiments for the Trend Micro's non-critical notifications. 

Regarding the program's features, we only offer the Mute mode to assist you in this situation. However, you can modify your notification settings at any time through the Settings app.

Here's how: 

1. Select Start, then select Settings.

2. Go to System > Notifications.

3. Turn notifications, banners, and sounds off for Trend Micro program. To see all options, expand the notifications area.

Please note that if you disable the program's notifications in your Windows settings, it will not only affect non-critical notifications but also critical ones.
