dangerous page 49
Hello,
No matter what detection I have under the Web shield , always is rated "Dangerous page (49)"
Where can we learn about the ratings and what "49" means?
What about the rest from 1 to 48????

protection is off when close taskbar icon
Would be nice to have a pop-up informing you that if you continue in closing TM, your PC would be unprotected and a Y/N selection and maybe a captcha (like some other AVs)
I know, I know, " the concern has been noted and the devs. will look into this but I won't be able to guarantee... "
Don't bother...

wrong terminology "release date"
I was just joking....to highlight the significance of using common terminology in a conversation....

wrong terminology "release date"
OK then.
When my subscription expires I will "renew" it.
"Renew" is my terminology for cancel.

wrong terminology "release date"
Sir,
In the whole antimalware industry the "release date" is the date when the software/definition/patch was first available...
Only TM wants to twist this "definition"
Why can't you say, for once, "yes, is our mistake , will be corrected on the next update"???
-
wrong terminology "release date"
"One reason why the "Release Date" shows the date where the components were updated/installed instead of when the components were actually released was for the user if ever they wish to monitor these information."
Or another reason is not to have the users concerned when they see something released 6 months ago....
I have a laptop with most of the components "released" in Dec 2023
-
wrong terminology "release date"
If you click on "About your software" you get a list of components.
Last column is "Release date" which is wrong.
That date is, in fact, the date on which the component was installed on your PC , not the date when the component was released.

trend micro antivirus does not update automatically
Just out of curiosity , if TM has a DEDICATED UNINSTALLER ("C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Titanium\Remove.exe") plus a DEDICATED UNINSTALL TOOL in "C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Titanium\SupportTool.exe" ,why do we have to manually remove files and reg. keys?????
Another boilerplate answer??????
Or this is another ranswere

trend micro antivirus does not update automatically
"Without an Internet connection"
The OP seems to be knowledgeable enough to change the registry keys, so most likely he/she checked already for an active internet connection....
