Why does app not restore for last 6 months but I was billed till April 2025

Hi, 

Possible this happens because the app is using an old serial number, or the subscription is not signed-in on your Mobile Security. To resolve this, manually change the activation key to update the subscription or sign in your Trend Micro account. You may follow the link below:
