I tried to reinstall Trend Micro Mobile Security app but it does not work. The issue still persist.

Hi @huiwenshen,

Since the issue persists, could you please provide us with screenshots of the Trend Micro Blocking Message that appears when playing videos on the iPlus Living app, both with Web Guard enabled and disabled?
