Its ok using wifi but shuts off all other access when using mobile app version is 11.2,?

We already aware of this issue and our team is already investigating this issue. We will post a thread once everything has been fixed.

For Temporary Solution:

1. Please use Wi-Fi instead of Mobile Data

2. If you're using Mobile Data, please Turn-off Web Guard temporarily so you can access on the internet.
